Roadtrip ‘08. Lets try it again.

I’m sure you guys haven’t forgotten, we promised to do a trip the summer after high school graduation. Well, that never happened. We all got busy. Some of us left the country, some left the mainland, some had work, and some just didn’t have the money. Well all of us have jobs/income now and we all have cars, and I don’t know if I’m alone on this, but I’m DYING to do an epic whitecave roadtrip this summer! I’m hoping and imagine it will be as epic as the 2 guys transporting an Audi S4 cross country. (original vwvortex thread is gone)

It’s going to cost about $500. Well worth it for a once in a lifetime thing. (Unless we decide to do another epic trip next year!)

This is going to be one of the most memorable weeks in our lives.
-Painters tape…lots of it.
-Pictures…lots of them. (videos too, Matt?)
-Oceanside drive…PCH all the way up.
-Making fun of gays in Hella Norcal.
-Horrible weather in Washington/pacific northwest.
-Topping out our cars on idaho/montana’s empty highways.
-Freedom of going anywhere we want…without parents!
-The most beautiful sights you have ever seen.
-Driving, remembering what it’s all about. Fuck traffic. Fuck MPG. Just for a couple of days, we get to DRIVE.
-Getting out of the city. Outside of Killa Cali.
-Good exercise. We’re going to be dead beat after this trip.
