Yesterday’s Nisei show was my first “real” show ever. It definitely changes up the experience. For one, I got to meet SO many new people and even a few “higher-ups”

I’d like to think that there was a generally positive reception of my car, most likely due to the wheel fitment so I am happy about that.

A couple things though… I don’t enjoy being judged. The judges for my car made a few unnecessary comments. Also, some older Filipino auntie tried to sit in my car and so some model poses. She actually opened my car door like it was the fucking LA Auto Show or something. Not sure what she was thinking… needless to say, I let her have it…

It’s what I have been working on for the past couple of weeks (along with A LOT of other stuff)… The car has kind of taken a step back – as in I don’t really much for it anymore. More on that in a bit…

Exoteric One is basically the handle for my “business”. Once it becomes a tax paying deal, then I’ll remove the quotes… I’ve been in the web business for almost 6 years now though not many people know that. I’m going to be importing wheels, coilovers, and possibly other rare items. I also get most stuff here at wholesale cost as well and that is the other half of the business.

As for the car… well the lip got cracked on a trip down to SD and so I took the car back to the bodyshop to have the whole front end resprayed. It’s still there right now actually. It’s running like shit too. It needed driveshaft spacers badly and it has a horrible misfiring problem (which I’ve traced to bad injectors). To solve those problems I ordered J’s Racing driveshaft spacers and the car will be going into the mechanic’s next week to have those installed along with new fuel injectors.

While I was at it, I accidentally purchased some other stuff too.
